After contacting Vidabem Treatment Centers, we will schedule your first appointment in about 4-6 weeks.  Prior to your first appointment you will be asked to test your hormone levels using ZRT Labs Combination Kit (www.zrtlabs.com), Quest Diagnostics Labs (www.questdiagnostics.com) or a Rhein Labs 24-hour Urine Collection Kit (www.rheinlabs.com).  The cost of these kits range from $295.00 to $398.00. These kits may be purchased directly from our office, however if you have had a comprehensive analysis of your hormones within 3 months with no changes in therapy, we will review these results to see if they would be adequate.

We will also mail or e-mail you a comprehensive Medical History and Symptomatic Form that we ask you complete to and return to our office prior to your first visit.

You can expect to spend one hour with the physician during your first appointment so that the physician can listen to your complaints as well as tailor a therapeutic medical plan specifically designed to meet your physical, mental, and emotional needs.

The cost of the first one hour consultation is $395.00.  Although Vidabem Treatment Centers do not participate in Medicare or any insurance carrier, you will receive after payment a completed itemized form with all the proper coding with which you may submit to your insurance carrier.  We remind patients that many health care providers do not participate in “wellness” therapy, and that your health care provider may not reimburse you for your costs.
